Morning training for the ​"all in" player

QTam is the next evolutionary step of Quarantine Training and QT 2.0.  This form of virtual training will take place in the morning before school Tuesday-Friday 7:30-8am.  This program is by invitation and application only.  

QTam is designed for players that I strive to work with; highly competitive, dedicated, aspiring, "all in" players that likely want to play in college and beyond.  If you are interested in this program please complete the application with your child by clicking the button below.

Focus of QTam

  • ​systematically awaken the body each morning 

  • develop crucial time management skills

  • reduce workout recovery time

  • prevent injuries

  • core/ankle strength, fitness, agility

  • anatomy, physiology and exercise science lessons

  • become more comfortable with the ball at your feet

About QTam

  • when you register for QTam you also receive access to all QT 2.0 afternoon classes Monday - Friday

  • all players must share their screen (at least their feet) to build community and accountability

  • weekly small group "check in" meeting with Tyler (more information below)

            

  • weekly homework suggestions including a 20-30 minute "film study" video (more information below)

Screen Sharing

Players must share their screen at every session in an attempt to build community and accountability.  This will allow me to ensure safe technique for exercises, proper technique for footwork progressions and to help keep everyone engaged for their training. 

Film Study

Watching and studying the best players in the world is an excellent way to learn and gain insight.  Each week I will provide the group with a 20-30 minute video clip of a recent professional game with a voice over of my analysis and breakdown of the play.  These clips will usually have a topic related to our weekly education.  Learning how to study the game, not just watch, is an invaluable tool for any aspiring player.

Group "Check In" Meetings

After each training session I will host a quick 10-15 minute meeting for a small group of players.  These brief meetings are intended to provide a place where players can ask me questions, hear what other players have planned, individualize their own Individual Development Plan, and keep each other accountable.  Players will be placed in groups at the start of each week for this purpose.

$70 - includes access to all QT 2.0 afternoon sessions
