Now that club training and games are back in action QT 2.0 has been redesigned to fit the needs of any competitive player seeking to dominate their Weekly Individual Development Plan!  Players will have access to three training videos throughout the week:

  • Live & Recorded QT 2.0 Zoom session     Tuesdays 4 - 4:30pm

  • Daily Recovery & Injury Prevention

  • Running with the Ball in Space

QT 2.0 schedule coming soon

The Zoom session will be recorded and added to the Balance Soccer website upon completion so you can use it all week. Attending the live session is not required. The session will look like this:

  • 10 minute warm up, balance, core, fitness, agility and strength exercises

  • 20 minute small space creative technical footwork progression

  • anatomy, physiology and exercise science introductions

The Daily Recovery and Injury Prevention video will provide players a simple routine they can follow to help them reduce their recovery time between training sessions, prevent injuries, and to help them simply feel more prepared and less sore on a daily basis.


The Running with the Ball in Space video will provide players a challenging drill and workout to master over the course of the week. The drill will require some field space and will be both technically and physically challenging. This video will often incorporate some sprint work.


The password will be the same for the live Zoom session and the videos on the website all week. Lastly, players will receive a printable weekly schedule PDF document to help them take control of their Individual Development Plan on a weekly basis. Players will certianly be reminded of this during the weekly Zoom session.
