About the Event

QTam is designed for players that Balance Soccer strive to work with; highly competitive, dedicated, aspiring, "all in" players that likely want to play in college and beyond. 

About QTam

  • when you register for QTam you also receive access to all QT 2.0 afternoon classes Monday - Friday
  • 30 minute, fast paced, high intensity training promoting thousands of touches on the ball in a short amount of time
  • all players must share their screen (at least their feet) to build community and accountability
  • weekly small group "check in" meeting with Tyler 
  • weekly homework suggestions including a 20-30 minute "film study" video 

Focus of QTam

  • ​systematically awaken the body each morning ​
  • develop crucial time management skills
  • reduce workout recovery time
  • prevent injuries
  • fundamental core strength
  • anatomy, physiology and exercise science topics
  • become more comfortable with the ball at your feet
