About the Event

QT 2.0 is the evolution of Quarantine Training.  It is designed for highly competitive players whom consistently train on their own and are always eager for more.  The format and curriculum of QT 2.0 will be a bit more advanced and demanding than Quarantine Training.  However, the curriculum and training will be useful and accessible for any player that is looking for more guidance in developing highly competitive training habits.

30 minute, fast paced, high intensity training sessions promoting thousands of touches on the ball in a short amount of time is the goal.  The curriculum will consist of:

  • creative technical footwork progressions
  • fitness, agility and strength exercises
  • anatomy, physiology and exercise science introductions
  • daily footwork, passing, fitness and soccer education homework challenges
