About the Event

All QT 2.0 sessions will be recorded and placed on the Balance Soccer website for participamts to access all week.  A password will be required and provided in an email upon registration and at the beginning of the week.

QT 2.0 is live virtual training designed for competitive players whom consistently train on their own and are always eager for more.  The curriculum and training will be useful and accessible for any player that is looking for more guidance in developing highly competitive training habits.

20 minute, fast paced, high intensity training sessions promoting tons of touches on the ball; the curriculum will consist of:

  • creative technical footwork progressions
  • balance, core, fitness, agility and strength exercises
  • anatomy, physiology and exercise science introductions
