About the Event
Hello and thank you for signing up for this week’s Daily Balance. Below you will find the information you need for the week of January 11-18. Daily Balance is a diverse, useful and complementary tool for highly competitive players. You can view these videos at the times that best serve you best and as often as you like. Download your favorite sessions and build your own, unique training library.
Players will have access to 3 training videos a day Monday through Friday:
1- Daily Wake Up
2- Daily Strength
3- Daily Ball Mastery
Players will also have access to a Pre Game and a Post Game video each weekend. These videos will be uploaded Saturday morning.
How it works:
- Daily Balance Training videos will be found on the Balance Soccer website, Daily Balance.
- Each day I will upload the daily training videos and leave them up through the weekend. Players can train according to their schedule and as often as they want.
- All videos can be downloaded for later use. Players can build their own unique library of their favorite workouts.
- Only one password for all videos per week.
This Week’s Password
What players need:
Each session will vary and will be explained within the first minute of each video. For Monday’s Ball Mastery session players will need 3 cones, a ball and about 20 yards of space. They will need similar space for the strength session. Players will understand by the end of the week!
